We offer a wide range of community programs.

From Tai Chi and Aboriginal yarning circles, to programs for children and art groups, you will find a program just for you.

Our groups provide fun filled days where you can meet and make new friends while enjoying community activities in a local area. Feel connected to the community and stay active through programs which promote independence in and out of the home.

A friendly and supportive yoga class suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. Mats and other props supplied.

Matt and Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a great way to help keep the blood flowing and maintain flexibility as we age. It strengthens bones and muscles, reduces stress and helps the brain to function at a high level as it creates more oxygen in the body. Suitable for people who do not want to do yoga on the floor.
