Our Team

We have a passionate team with a variety of experience and qualifications ranging from Youth Workers, Counsellors and Teachers. Our team has one common goal and that is to support young people to reach their greatest potential by exploring their strengths and goals. It is to provide experiences that enhance their growth as unique individuals to become free thinkers and positive members of the community that have a voice that is heard, valued and respected. We aim to foster unity and inclusivity amongst diversity. We endeavour to build trust and a positive rapport that enables young people to feel safe and reach out if ever they should need further support in any challenges that life brings them.

Youth Advisory Group

Our Youth Advisory Group consists of 10 young people who represent our youth service by providing ideas and suggestions to meet the needs of young people in the St George area. The group meets once a month to develop plans for events and the future direction of 3Bridges Youth Centre. This allows our youth program to be youth led. A 12 month commitment is required. Members are selected for their leadership qualities.
