Promoting and Marketing Your Service

Services put a lot of effort into creating promotional materials such as flyers, factsheets, brochures and web pages and yet, you often find people saying that they have not heard of you before. Often people have the wrong idea about what your service does (and does not) do, even though they have seen the web-page or been given the brochure.  Sometimes your materials really do not really show your service in its best light.  Sometimes your materials do not speak to your audience.  Sometimes your materials do not give information as clearly as they could. Sometimes your materials are not reaching your audience.

This 1/2-day workshop will help managers and co-ordinators to develop skills and techniques for promoting and marketing your service to clients, volunteers, the community and government. Please bring copies of any brochures, fliers, factsheets or publicity documents your service has.

Suitable for CHSP Managers and Coordinators
