Everyone needs connection, but not in the same way.

That’s why we run social connections for different ages and stages, from after-school activities, youth drop-ins, parent and bubs, to regular groups for older adults. It’s about having a place to go, familiar faces, a safe space and something to look forward to.

You can join in, take it slow, or just come along for the company. Whatever works for you.

Community Programs

Isolation can quietly wear down health, confidence, and motivation. Our seniors' groups are built to change that. 3Bridges creates spaces where people feel seen, heard, and genuinely part of something. It’s not about keeping busy, it’s about staying connected in ways that matter. Out of School Hours Care OOSH is where learning feels like play and where every child can find their spark. Our programs are built around real-life skills, creative expression, active play, community connection, and STEM discovery. It’s not just about filling time outside school hours. Our framework is about giving kids space to grow, try new things, and build confidence in who they are and what they can do. Mindful Dementia Care Living with dementia doesn’t mean losing connection, purpose, or joy. Our approach is centred on respect, patience, and acceptance. We take the time to understand the person, not just the diagnosis and support daily life in ways that feel familiar and reassuring. Through conversation, creativity, routine, and kindness, we help preserve the things that matter most: identity, relationships, and a sense of self.

We also walk alongside carers, offering practical support, guidance, and space to breathe.

Learn More Learn More Where everyday learning meets purpose. Bridges to Learning Our Bridges to Learning programs are fun, engaging, and grounded in real-world learning. We deliver single-session, evidence-informed programs through the arts, sport, and community-focused activities, making learning active, accessible, and meaningful. Youth Zone Youth Zone is a place to be active, creative, and connected after school. Through sport, art, leadership, and culture, young people can try new things, build skills, and find what feels right for them. It’s a space to move, to learn and to lead. Student Wellbeing & Education (S.WE.E.P.) We work with students to strengthen wellbeing, build mental health awareness, and support respectful relationships. Through practical programs and workshops, we help young people develop resilience, navigate friendships, manage emotions, and build a stronger sense of identity.
