Annual Report – 2016 to 2017

2016-17 has been a year of consolidation and growth. We have focused on professional development, team culture and communication at all levels while improving the diversity and skills of our teams. 81% of staff are very proud to be part of the 3Bridges team and our numbers have grown from 144 to 190 with 82% of staff working flexible hours.

Our services are now delivered across 11 active community centres spreading from Menai to Arncliffe and we work with almost 1,440 aged and frail people in their homes across SE Sydney. Our client satisfaction results have continued to improve this year from 85% to 96% and staff turnover has fallen by almost 15% to 10%. We facilitated seniors access to My Aged Care options and we assisted people to form and manage their NDIS Plans and participate in community activities.
