3Bridges is continuing to operate and follow best-practice health and safety procedures in accordance with the NSW government health and safety advice, and we are committed to ensuring we play our part in controlling the spread of the coronavirus.

As a responsible not for profit organisation, our priority is to ensure we take all necessary measures to maintain and protect the health and well-being of our clients, staff and volunteers.

The health and safety of our team, clients and the community will always be our first priority.

We will continue to implement the following safety measures to guarantee our clients, staff and volunteers feel safe and comfortable when receiving services from 3Bridges or working in any of our centres.

We are continuing to provide face masks to our staff and encourage our clients to also wear masks when they are outside of their home. 3Bridges is continuing our commitment to provide a safe, hygienic environment for everyone.

Important: Please note, if there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 infection at any 3Bridges location or within one of our groups, all clients, staff and volunteers will be notified immediately, via phone/email or letter.

How are you managing the health and safety of your team members and clients?

3Bridges is committed to ensure the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, clients and the community. We are following the direction of government authorities and regulations.

We have always, and will continue even after the pandemic to take great pride in our clean and well-run services. We have increased our cleaning routines to make them even more rigorous and are focusing on personal hygiene protocols per all Australian guidelines.

How can I maintain a safe physical distance in your premises and on buses?

To make it easy for our staff and clients to visualise the recommended safe physical distance between people when at our premises, please look for taped markings and/or signage placed in each area.

Do I need to wear a face mask when visiting a 3Bridges premises?

In line with government regulations, we ask that you wear a mask or face covering whilst visiting our premises or joining one of our groups if you live in a current identified hot spot.

Do 3Bridges staff wear personal protective equipment?

When our staff are providing services to our clients in their homes they wear personal protective equipment which includes a face mask, gloves and as required shoe protectors, aprons and hair nets. All staff follow the company management of COVID-19 for workplace participants carrying out services to clients and students.
