Another week has passed as we have bunkered down in our isolation bubbles. We hope you are doing ok. We just want to give you some snippets from a couple of articles we felt are very helpful.

We have spoken to a lot of mums and some of them feel they are letting their kids down and feeling guilty if they or their partners are working from home, and may be unable to give their best.
Our kids just don’t need us, they seem to need more of us. Many kids are acting out, abandoning the routines they already had, dropping naps, doing less except for jumping on top of their parents which is happening more. We are letting them watch far greater amounts of screen time than we ever thought we’d tolerate.
Home schooling success is a struggle. (The Parents Are Not All Right, Chloe I Cooney). Parents might consider lowering their standards with a goal of getting through the day, ideally with our kids doing something besides watching TV.
