Update as of July 26 2021.
3Bridges is still supporting the community.
As always, our employee, volunteer and client safety is of the utmost importance. We continue to monitor and adhere to all Government COVID updates and offer PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all sites.
Our services are available in most cases, but we have adjusted delivery to meet NSW Government health advice. See below for any changes which may impact you:
Aged Care Services
1 on 1 support is only provided for essential services with all of our support workers issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including masks, gloves, sanitiser etc. to ensure the safety of our team members and participants.
Our social groups have been placed on hold but participants are called weekly, a group program through Zoom for 4-6 clients at a time has been initiated.
Meal delivery will be operating as usual.
Our team are making regular phone calls to those who have been affected by suspension of the groups to check in and maintain social connection.
We are also sending care packs with fruit, puzzles and fun activities.
Allied Health
Essential visits are being prioritised in consultation with clients, this includes our Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology. These services are both available either 1 on 1 or online.
The Inclusive Volunteering team face to face meetings have been put on hold and our volunteers are not currently volunteering. The team is keeping in touch with everyone via Teams/email and facilitating online social interaction.
