Season's Greetings!

3Bridges services will be available throughout Christmas and New Years, excluding public holidays. Due to annual leave, there may be a few less team members working over the holidays, but we will have someone there take your call or respond to your email. Please call 1300 327 434 or complete the contact us form below.

Below is a detailed listing of dates for each Service:

Aged Care Services

Business as usual for the Aged Care Operations.  We will continue to deliver services as usual to our Home Care Package clients over the Christmas/New Year period.  The only exception will be to our CHSP clients, there will be no services on public holidays for those clients.

 

Allied Health

The Allied Health team will have limited staff providing services throughout the holidays (excluding public holidays).

 

Arrowsmith

Arrowsmith's last day of class will be December 17 2021.

Fulltime students return January 17 2022. 

Parttime students return February 1, 2022.

Early Years Support Service

The Early Years Support Service will be on a break from Friday December 24 2021, returning Tuesday January 4 2022. If you require urgent assistance, please call 1300 327 434 and someone from the team will assist you.

 

Home Modification and Maintenance

Our Home Modification and Maintenance team will be on a break from Friday December 24 2021, returning Tuesday January 4 2022. If you require urgent assistance, please call 1300 327 434 and someone from the team will assist you.

 

NDIS

The Disability Services team will be providing support throughout the holidays (excluding public holidays).

 

Outside School Hours Care

Before and After School Care finishes Friday December 17 2021, returning Friday January 28 2022.

Vacation care begins Monday December 20 - finishing Friday December 24, returning Tuesday January 4 2022 until the start of the new school term.

Registered Training Organisation

The RTO will be providing training throughout the holidays (excluding public holidays).

 

Youth Zone

Youth Zone will have limited staff available for essential services until Friday December 24 2021, with an estimated return date of Monday January 10 2022.

Young people who are struggling and in need of support can reach out through Instagram (3bridges_youthzone), Facebook (3Bridges Youthzone) or call the team on 1300 327 434.
