NAIDOC Week at 3Bridges
NAIDOC is about celebrating and respecting the oldest continually surviving culture on Earth – the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of Australia. This event is about connecting with our diverse local communities, building partnerships with other local organisations, and coming together to celebrate culture.
Each year, during the first week of July, 3Bridges hosts a fantastic community event at Penshurst Park in the Georges River area where everyone is welcome to enjoy the NAIDOC Week. There is a community market that showcases Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses in addition to various community organisations. You’ll find an Oztag competition, kids entertainment, seniors engagement and so much more!
