Centre Based Respite Program

3Bridges provides person-centred aged care services, with specific social support groups and respite centre for individuals living within the St George area who have a diagnosis of moderate to advanced dementia.

For persons living with dementia:

Physical, social and fun activities that are stimulating
Meals that are nutritious in a social setting
Activities that assist our clients with

Attending the Program

To participate in the Dementia and Respite program, certain criteria is required:

Have a diagnosis of moderate to advanced dementia
Be able to walk/toilet independently with or without an aid or with 1 staff member
Not a risk to themselves or others due to challenging behaviours
