We are undertaking an organisational review over the coming months. Through this review, we are taking deliberate steps to ensure 3Bridges remains financially sustainable and positioned to serve our communities for the long term. Our priority is to maintain service continuity for the people who rely on us every day, while supporting our team with openness, care, and respect throughout this transition.
